1988/89 Kawasaki KD80X KD80-N1/N2 Original Sales Brochures

The KD80X replace the KD80M as mentioned in my previous post. The KD80X was one of those bikes little kids wanted (maybe it was your first bike) and big kids wanted too (it looked pretty cool and like it would be fun to ride). It was only around for two years--maybe it just didn't sell well enough. Anyway, here is the first year of the KD80X, the 1988 KD80-N1.

And here is the last year for the KD80X, the 1989 KD80-N2.

What was either the first motorcycle that you owned or operated as a kid? One of the earliest memories I have involves crashing a KV75 through a flower bed and into a fence.

Thanks for looking. Gary  /  kawasaki-yama-zuki
